I was told that marshall law is when the president can execute everyone in prison and i was just trying to find out if that was true.

Under certain circumstances the president can declare martial law in this country in the interest of national security. Certain Constitutional rights would be suspended until the threat to the country had passed. It has never happened. It has nothing to do with executing prisoners, which is a state's rights matter in most instances. It is doubtful that the American people would tolerate an exercise of martial law, and it would undoubtedly be political suicide for a sitting president to attempt to impose it.

As you can, Baby Bush has already signed over authority to the intelligence agencies to permit them to execute.
