pass summary judgement?

Unless the Trial COurt keeps track of such statistics -- and I doubt that it does -- there is no way of knowing.

Are you a "public person" or an ordinary private citizen?

There are different standards.

Also, how are defining the "media"?

Newspapers? Boston? or outlying areas?

Radio?

TV?

Cable?

etc.
