neighbor disputes
my neighbors got a camera in his living room window pointed directly at my entrance/exit to my property. is that leagal to take photos/video of everyone coming and going etc to and from my property? we had a right of way over a portion of his property to enter and exit our property on the other side of our house but he threatened my husband and family and i started having panic attacks etc. so we gave up the right of way entrance. the entrance he has the camera pointed on is the ONLY way into our property.can he just video tape/take pictures of us like that? we live in rockport, massachusetts. thank you very kindly for any advice

Re: neighbor disputes
You should speak with an attorney regarding the right-of-way issue. A legal right-of-way does not dissolve just because your neighbor says so.
Your neighbor may take pictures of you, unless it is done in a manner which rises to the level of threatening or harassing. So long as s/he is lawfully on his own property or on public property, he may take photographs or video of anything s/he likes.
