Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Massachusetts

I have a simple question that any attorney can answer; regardless on his expertise. If attorneys have professional codes of conduct to abide by and judges have canons; attorneys answer to the BBO and judges answer to the Judiciary Committee. However; if a judge violates a canon or lets say an amendment; they have immunity. So what is the point of having them if a judge answers to no one and can violate these?

Judges who violate the rules can be sanctioned or removed from office. (Other penalties may be available in some states.) If their misconduct also violates criminal laws, they can be prosecuted. The immunity you describe applies only to civil lawsuits. That means they don't answer to lawyers or litigants. but it does not mean they answer to no one as you claim.
