Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Massachusetts
I am from Thailand. I am a cosmetologist. I passed the practical portion of the test in Massachusetts. I want to take the written portion of the test but I do not read English well. The Board of Cosmetology offers the test in Spanish, English, and Vietnamese but not Thai. They also will not let me bring a translator. They offer the test in other languages but not mine and they will not let me bring a translator? This is not right! Can I take legal action?
