My son has been recently diagnosed w/ bi polar he has

had problem with anger issues . He was just recently

served with a no trustpass be cause the management

company say he has violent tendencies. He was

charged with distruction of property but was found not

guilty. Now they are saying because he got into trouble

outside of the complex they can keep the no trustpass

on. His whole family lives in the complex. Is this legal
