use of video surveillance equipment
Two plastic objects have been installed on walls in the apartment where I reside. The apartment renter is a Christian minister and he allows me to sleep on a cot on the premises. The apartment is used to hand out bags of food & clothing twice a week. The minister installed the cameras himself recently, and never informed me of their installation or operation. I feel my constiutional rights are being violated.

Constitutional rights are not relevant here, they only apply to actions by the government. The minister is a private person. You may have a cause of action under the Massachusetts privacy statute, though I doubt it.
