Legal Question in Construction Law in Massachusetts

My 203K contractor has take forever in finishing my home. I bought the house in June 2015 and I have yet to move in. I have spent so much money on builder's risk insurance and paying mortgage on a house I am not living in. He gives me completion dates that come and go. I need to know what are my options?

Assuming the contractor is (or should be) a Registered Home Improvement Contractor, you probably have significant leverage over him/her assuming violations of the HIC statute, which almost always exist in cases like this. I have extensive experience in such matters and offer free initial consultations. Otherwise, you should confer with a knowledgable attorney ASAP.
