Legal Question in Construction Law in Massachusetts

just need to know if my husband can sue some one for using his construction license without his permission to pull permits for work. Dont know where to go. the person was already told not to use it.

Well unauthorized use of your husband's license is not okay and can invite civil fines or even criminal liability from the Mass AG against the perpetrator, your husband might also have civil claims against the mis-user if he used the license in ways that caused your husband losses of money, property, opportunity, etc. Contact me directly to discuss this further, without obligation to you.
