hello, im having a house built,and was told by realestate broker that there would be a access road going through but did not realize how big,it turns out that its a drive way for the people way behind me.before we made a offer, iwas told that the whole erea was ours.and before thay could build, the land went to probate to leagalize,thay told me that my lot was two lots and thay have to make it in one.did not realize the house way behind me would have a drive going through. what do you think i should do if anything at all.
