Siding Estimates and Deposits
We are getting contractor estimates for siding. They are asking for 33% deposit. Is this legal?

While 33% is not illegal, it is probably not a good idea. Why would you pay for 33% of the work when 33% of the work has not been completed. This work is covered under the Massachusetts Home Improvement Act. Feel free to contact me.
