Legal Question in Construction Law in Massachusetts

i worked three months on project for a friend e said he would pay me monthly. After a project we did not agree on he said he will not pay me what can i do, if this is verbal agreement. i have serval people who know i did the work

You should prepare a demand letter and send it to your friend stating the reasons why you are owed money. If payment is owed, and payment is not made, you will have to bring a lawsuit in an appropriate court.
