Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
I need advice. My wife bought an xbox video game system with a bunch of games. Now the thing is in this place of buisiness you have to ask for one of the systems, the employee in turn goes to the back room and gets one. Any way the employee tells my wife the cost is $$$. She pays the man what she was told. Well 2-3 weeks later we got a call from that store and was told we did not pay for the (system). Are we obligated to return the system or pay for the employess mistake? I understand the right thing to do but hey if I got paid for all my mistakes I wouldn't have to work.

Call the manager. Do not rely on the employee.
If the employee made a mistake, it may well be the employee's error to fix.
