Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
I got approved for a car loan and signed all the paper work. The dealer said congrats you will have your car on Tuesday. Tuesday came and they said they needed proof of my income so I gave it. Then the next day it was bank statements. Then they said my husband had to have a MA license instead of a PA license. So we sent that. Now they told us today that it had be 21 days since the signing and they sold the vehicle to someone else. We already had insurance on this vehicle and everything. The date we signed the paperwork was 2/17 the last day I emailed everything was 2/23. and I have proof of this. Thats less than a week not 21 days. This cant be legal what he is doing. I just would like to see what my options are.
