Retain an attorney to consider an action under the Consumer Protection Law. Good Luck!

It would seem that he has had adequate time to complete the work. It might be time for you to exercise your legal consumer rights to get fairness. You may wish to speak with an attorney; file complaints with the Attormey General's Consumer Protection Office, file a complaint with the automotive licensing authority, and have your attorney send him a 93A consumer demand letter as a precurser to initiating suit.

This office provides free initial consultations on certain legal matters and specializes in appropriate consumer claims.
