Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Auto Purchase
In recently buying a 2002 Jeep Liberty, I specifically asked the salesman if the vehicle was pre-wired to be towed behind a Motorhome. He said ''yes, it is.'' I have now (Two days later) found out it is not, and that it is going to cost me $400.00 to have it wired to be towed behind the Motorhome. Since he flat out lied to me, can I get the dealership to wire the vehicle for me? Do I have any legal grounds?
Thank you.

Re: Auto Purchase
It will, of course be your work against hisl. However, you should tell dealer you are revokig sale and be ready to bring it back and giving them the keys
