Re: bills
There are really a number of factors to be considered in a case like this, including but not limited to:
1. when the wife passed away;
2. the type of bills are you referring to, i.e., secured, unsecured credit card, etc.;
3. whether an estate has been probated for the wife; and
4. whether creditors have yet made a formal claim against the estate for moneys owed.
Please feel free to contact my office if I can be of any assistance in sorting this out. I am located right in North Quincy.
