Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Car Dealership keeping deposit
Hi
I recently attempted to finance a car from a dealership. However, when they came back with the interest rate of 17.9%, i decided not to continue with the deal, as the cost would be far too high.
The dealership has now told me that they will not return my $1000 deposit. Is this legal for them to do?
Thanks
Ian
