Case Management Conference
If plaintiff's counsel does not show at a Case Management Conference, but an attorney not affiliated with plaintiff's counsel's firm shows without filing a Notice of Appearance and goes before the Clerk-Magistrate re: that case, does that appearance count that the plaintiff was represented?

Re: Case Management Conference
It depends on the clerk; a failure to show by a party in interest is grounds for, in this case, a dismissal.
