Cash Advance
I loaned a relative some cash and have yet to recieve oayment. The fact that I did not use a check or money order makes it seem its my word against theirs. Any suggestions?

Re: Cash Advance
You can still bring a lawsuit, even if it is only "your word against theirs". This is an oral contract. As evidence of the oral contract, you will introduce your oral testimony. You might show a withdraw you made from your bank, a thank you note from the borrower, or a note from the borrower requesting the money.
