Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

Charged more than confirmed price on Web page

I brought a few items from an Internet commerce site operating in Massachusetts. The transaction was confirmed at 1 price (I have the bitmap copy of the confirmation page), but my credit card was charged at a higher price. I have called the company for 2 weeks and each time told that they will look into it.

Should I wait, or any legal action that I should take?

Thanks,

Peter

Re: Charged more than confirmed price on Web page

You should deal with your credit card company, not the seller. You have a legal action but would be too costly to pursue.
