Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Child cut by fuurniture product
I purchased a $4,000 living room set in Nov. of 2004. My children have been getting these cuts and scratches while playing in the living room. I finally found the source when my 10 yr old got a 4 inch gash along her ankle. There are upholstery nails coming out of the furniture. What legal rights do I have?

You do not say when and where you bought the unit, and what warranty you received. What I would do is call customer service first, and speak to a manager. If you warrant is about to expire, you may need more drastic action.
