Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

I manage a Massachusetts business. We have a self renewing contract with one of our vendors - the contract renews at five year intervals; is that legal under Mass State law? If so does the fact that the employee who signed the contract is no longer emplyeed with us have any bearing on the validity of the document?

all contracts can be stopped. Otherwise, I do not understand your question. Renewals although automatic are not.
