Contract Law/Personal Injury Together

How long does a citizen of this state have to file a personal injury lawsuit based upon a contract that did not warn about the product, fraud, omissions involved in order to make money, then people got hurt.

In Massachusetts the statute of limitation to bring an action for personal injury is three years.

If a person suffers personal injury as the result of a dangerous and defective product, he or she may bring a civil law suit up to three years after the injury occurred.
