Can a credit card company up my interest rate by 11% their reason my credit limit , spending ratio is to high? I have had this card since 2005 and have never been late and always pay more then the mim. (ie) mim is about 25.00 I pay 50.00 to 100.00

Unfortunately, credit card companies have a lot of say over how much they charge in interest rate. Your choice is always to stop using them.
