Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Dealership lied about car???
We bought a 2005 chevy uplander (11663 mile on it. When we agreed to the car we were told it was new because it was never titled. But after gettiing into the finance office the finance manager had it down that the car was used afetr questioning it once again the financae manager went to find out if it was new or used and found out that is was new like we had been told. Now after we bought the car we decided to get a carfax report for our records only to find out that the car was titled by a daily rental place (we thought they had to tell us if it was owned by a rental place). We were not going to buy this car at there asking price if it was used now we feel we were scamed. What can we do about this if anything at all
