Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
In Dec "08" i signed up for bluehippo computer funding the deal wasi give them $99 down deposit that week and then in two months i would start paying them weekley and after so many payments they would finance the computer. They were supposed to take the $99 out of my bank account that thursday after some problems in my personal life i found out i couldnt affored it so i called them up on the wensday to cancel, well the guy said because of how there bank account is setup he cant cancel it but he would issue a refund which i should get in 45 days. Well 45 days later there is no money so i call up they said it never got issued but he/she (i dont remember) would issue it and it should only take 15 days. 15 Days later still no money i call back "oh who ever told you 15 days didnt know what they were talking about it takes 45 days" so i wait the 30 days what a supprize no money ... ok long story shorter every month there is some exscuse and now i dont even have a time frame of when i will get my money supposedly for the last like 6 months they have been waiting for a boss to sign the refund? It has been over a year I need to know what to do.

Retain an attorney to review all communications which hopefully you have saved and printed, to make your strongest case to still be able to cancel and demand a full refund. Good Luck!

This company has real problems. You may wish to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. You can find a host of information on them on line. Good Luck.
