Dentist Drama

I'm a defendant in a small claims court, and have been to 3 hearings with a clerk, how can I get my case in front of a Judge so I can prove my case?

What you have not said is if the hearing was held, and what were the results?

If a hearing has not been held by the clerk, have you been told why?

In such an action, most of the time you do not argue before a judge. This happens if you appeal.
