Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
dentist xrays
dentist will not give me xrays that i payed for with a check up. Will make copy for $35. Is this right? Can dentist do this? DO I have any rights? Thank you.

You have the right to your own medical information and records, and medical professionals may charge a reasonable copying fee.
