Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
ok i have dish network when i did a 2 year contract it was for local channels and the package i picked so lin the provider of 2 local chanels went up over 100 percent so dish won't except there turms so we don't get the 2 channels that was in our contract so are they breacking our contract? to cancel with them will cost me 230.00 dollars because ill be breaking our contract, so my question is can i cancel with out the 230 dollar penalty?

Send them a letter detailing your reasons for breaking the agreement, if they are not performing as per your agreement, then you may have sufficent grounds to do so.
