Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Exposed to Hepititis A
I ate at a local Quiznos restaurant and was exposed to hepititis A, as one of their employees tested positive for the disease. I must go and receive a Immune Globulin. Do I have any legal recourse.

Re: Exposed to Hepititis A
You certainly may have a legal claim if you contract the disease or if you suffered emotional distress, which is evidenced through noticeable symptoms.
