Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Getting free gas by mistake/glitch in gift card?
I received a $50 gas card for christmas and it keeps working even though it should have been empty a long time ago. Should I keep using it or could i get in trouble for knowingly getting free gas? I should also mention it does not have my name or address on it and it was prepaid with cash.

Morally, you should stop after the 50$; legally you have knowledge of the value of the card, and once it is exceeded, you are engaged in theft.
