Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
My husband's car had a part on it that was recalled. Because of this recalled part his car is now in the shop being fixed by the dealership. They however say they are not responsible for his car rental bill he had for 5 days, also the cost of the tow. He is now taking public transportation while his car is still there. He can't keep paying for a rental. Should they have to pay for his expenses and if so what should he do?

Retain an attorney to consider a consumer protection action. Good Luck!
