Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Interstate move contract
I contracted with a mover in Massachusetts to move my goods to Florida. Nowhere in the contract does it say they will be subcontracting with another mover, but they did and that mover has a bad reputation in Florida and lost some of my possessions. Did they have the legal right to subcontract without my consent?
Thank you

Re: Interstate move contract
Read your contract. Unless it is prohibited, they have the right to do so.
