Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
What kind of Lawyer could I hire to sue a Government Agency? For what I think could be a Negligence case? I think it would be the FDA.
Thank you

It sounds like your case may involve either a personal injury or a wrongful death claim. These claims are normally brought against a federal agency such as the FDA under the Federal Tort Claims Act. You need a lawyer who is experienced in the area of civil litigation.
