lemon law
once a used car is returned under the lemon law, are you subject for reimbursement for a car loan payment and if so from whom, the dealer or the finance company?

It would have to come from the dealer since they, not the loan company, presumably violated the lemon law. All the Loan company did was "sell" you the money to buy the "lemon"! Good Luck!
