In MA, does an invoice for services with a cancellation policy stamped on its face, act as a contract or more specifically can the cancellation policy be enforced against the buyer?

I think more information is going to be required in order to provide a helpful answer. Sometimes, it is not just the words on the face of a piece of paper that define contours of an agreement, but the conduct of the parties and other factors.
