Massachusetts. Can my contact information (phone #) be given to a third party without my consent or knowledge? This legal?

Anyone who has telephone information may share it, absent either prior agreement or specific statute, unless there is a clear intent to harass.

If you don't want an unlisted telephone number to become known, don't give it to anyone who would share the information.
