I only had so much money and told him he talk me into a more expensive one I cant really afford it I live in Massachusetts I just want my money back I am on SSI and really shouldnt have bought it . The salesman didnt even ask for a deposit he just wanted my visa so I would pay for the car and now I am stuck. He wont give me my money back I never drove the car nothing dont even know how well it runs all I did was sit in it and look at it I think he should have let me test drive it at least my husband didnt even get to check it out like the engine under the car nothing all the salesman said was I did this and that great car I feel foolish but if you know how I can get out of this contract I will be thankful

Re: Trying to get my money back
You need to speak with an attorney asap. Do not take delivery of or drive the vehicle. Notify the seller and VISA (in writing - registered mail or certified mail [return receipt requested]) of you decision to cancel (rescind) this purchase agreement.
Seek further advice from the Massachusetts Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
