Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

My mother is paying on used 2004 honda that has been repaired 6 times for samething having to do with transmsion range switch, the dealership is not willing to refund her money. we have contected the better buisness bearu on the 4th repair so we can no longer complain to them. what is our next step? can a lawyer help us?
