Paid for goods did not received whole order
I ordered over $600 dollars in Remote Car Starters and accessories from Hi Tech Alarm Co. over a year ago. Only after checking his references and receiving an invoice. The owner Al Aberson sent me halve of the order with in the first week. Then I started to have a difficult time contacting him about the other halve. First it was shipped seperetly then it was on back order. Then no return phone calls. Now he has block my phone number from incoming calls. Finally I tried contacting his references and they have also had trouble and stopped busines with him. Since then I have filed with the BBB and Mass. Attorney Generals Office. The AG did mediate the situation with this result. [They had a difficult time contacting him. When they did he stated that he felt he completed the transaction fully. Also he did not want to negotiate the mater any father.] Hi Tech Alarm Co. Owes me $312 in car starters or refund.

Did you have any kind of contract? Is this business to business?
I would do a demand letter but I would charge for that.
