Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Receipt of used car (private sale)
I put a deposit down of $100 on a 2004 kia sorento and in return got a receipt which included the total sale cost $13000. Now the seller wants to up the price to the original sale price of $14500. Is the receipt I received a binding contract for the sale price?

It should be.
You need to find out why the seller is raising the price and then get back to me.
