Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
I recently hired a moving company which I've used multiple times in the past to move my belongings. I have since discovered an entire jewelry box has gone missing, the contents worth over 1K in value. I have gone through everything looking for it 3 times over and I'm positive it has been stolen from the movers. I'm completely devastated, what can I do legally?

let them know, and if there is no equitable response, send them a 93A consumer demand letter.
