Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
signed a contract for a food service that was supposed to come with a free appliance. turns out the appliace was not free and the price was in the contract. However we truely believed it to be free at the time and now are stuck with the payments. Is there a legal way out?

Yes there is a way out- a lawsuit for fraud and unfair and deceptive acts and practices. If you can prove that you were lied to or swindled you may be able to get triple damages and attorneys fees under 93A.
