Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
my sister has an unusual issue, she cannot get her birth certificate. She was born in North Carolina at a Naval base and now lives in Massachusetts. The state of NC claims not to have any record of the birth. What can she do, she needs a copy for a passport.
