Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
My son agreed to a magazine subscription on the telephone. Not all of the magazines have been arriving and he called to cancel. They told him he cannot because he entered into a verbal contract and they have a recording of it. how can he get out of this contract without ruining his credit rating?

If your son is under 18 years of age, you should retain an attorney to avoid this as a voidable contract. Good Luck!
