Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Can I sue the United States Postal Service if they do not deliver my mail in a timely manner? I put in a forward request a year ago and moved back into the original forwarding address. I placed a cancel forward request to ensure my mail is not longer forwarded, however it's been over 60 days and I still am not getting my mail delivered, nor am I getting any help from the USPS. Do I have any rights here? My mail is something I depend on to pay bills, receive income, etc.

probably not, but you can speak to a postal supervisor or manager.
