telephone harrassment

Is there any way to get the phone number of someone sending phone harrassment who has a 'blocked' phone number on caller ID?

As the first attorney said, you should call the phone company and discuss this matter. Have you tried dialing *69 (I think this is the formula, but I'm not sure), this may work to ring back the number that is calling you, of course, it doesn't give you the number but may redial back to the caller. Ask the phone company if doing this will be able to help identify the caller. Good luck!
