verizon complaint

i have a small business, and in august of 2006 i discovered that verizon yellow pages had listed my home phone number and stead of my business number. this has caused a loss of business revenue and a great inconvenience to me at home. i receive business calls inlate evenings, early mornings and on weekends.i have conntacted verizon many times with no results.What can i do?

Insist that they compensate you with a bigger, prettier ad than you actually pay for in the next edition. Bargain hard -- Verizon sees that its strangle-hold is diminishing.
