Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
I was the victim of a sophisticated financial fraud in which I lost my life savings. The banks, where I was doing business, lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. It appears to have been committed by a large criminal enterprise that includes people inside the government. I have repeatedly gone to every law enforcement and prosecutorial agency, both state and federal, for help and I get no response.
The banks have ruined my career and made my life miserable trying to recover the stolen funds. No private attorney wants to get involved. Where can I get help? Where can I even find somebody who will talk to me?

It seems curious indeed that on such a set of facts as you relate, niether governmental nor private attorney will assist. Why, do you suppose? Having few if any facts or details of your circumstances, I can not render an opinion. I can, however, offer to provide you with with 1/2 hour's free consultation to further discuss this matter. Good Luck.
